Nice and friendly staff, good location near Dogo Onsen, okay Japanese-style room, delicious buffet dinner and breakfast, free shuttles to Dogo Onsen main street.

the location was great as it was within walking distance to the main street of the onsen area. the buffet dinner and breakfast were quite good and definitely worth the price paid. the free shuttles offered by the hotel every half hour were really convenient, making it easy to access the main attractions of the area. Lastly, the free parking was definitely a plus point.
The Japanese-style room was okay, but it was a bit smaller than I expected. the mattress was a bit too firm for my liking.

The meals were decent and the staff was quite polite. shuttle services were available twice an hour, making it easy and painless to get to the main street of Dogo Onsen. Walking to the main street was not difficult either, only taking about 10 minutes. The hotel's location was convenient. the parking provided free of charge was handy.
The room was not up to my standards; it was a little outdated and musty.
